Are you a lazy person or just too busy to have some time for you? 1) Less risk of developing heart diseases and stroke: Regular exercises will improve the strength of your heart muscles, increase the blood flow in your body and those in turn will increase the working capacity of your heart. Exercises also increase the good cholesterol and at the same time it will decreases the bad cholesterol in your body. Thus risk for heart diseases and strokes are greatly reduced.
2) Reduction of higher blood pressure: Both body fat and mental stresses are associated with higher blood pressure. Regular exercises will help you to keep the body fat level lower & they will also help to manage the mental stresses better.
3) Prevention of diabetes: Regular exercises especially a daily walk of 45 to 60 minutes will help you to reduce the chance of developing type 2 diabetes significantly.
4) Keeping a healthy weight: By doing exercise regularly you can burn the excess body fat and also increase the muscle mass. Thus you will be able to easily maintain a healthy weight for your body.
5) Keeping joints flexible and work efficient: Some of the exercises will help you to improve the flexibility of your joints, ligaments and tendons.
6) Fighting mental stress and depression: If your life is full of mental stresses then exercises can seriously help you to get a relief from the stresses. Studies also indicate that exercise not only reduces but also prevents depression.
Remember that, it is never too late to start exercise. It is better to do any kind of exercise than not doing at all. You must keep some time in your daily routine to do some workouts. It can be running, walking or simply stretching out exercises. Ask your physician for getting advice about the most suitable exercise for you.
